Smart and present professionals in agreeing the price, professional in collecting the deposit when ordering the material and in collecting the rest upon delivery... then nothing, terrible in customer assistance in times of need as I bought 22 outdoor chairs from 95 euros each and at the beginning of the second summer season all the microweldings on the seats came unsoldered and broke, also causing the customers' clothes to break, not even 6 months of work and the chairs all having to be put away.
When I contacted the company I was told that they were trying to see what to do and from June to September I only received emails to keep me calm and not to do, according to them, "bad advertising"... 2000 euros thrown down the toilet would have been better spent... terrible materials and terrible assistance.
Pay them with Monopoly money you won't be disappointed

Scandalous people first make proposals and counter-proposals to you, then contracts and counter-contracts. Prepayment clearly. I wait 20 working days no one calls me. I contacted them, the goods were ready but they didn't notify me. I'll go get it and take it to my place to unpack it...wrong material, the seat of the chairs wasn't as it should be. I contact them and they tell me if I want to CHANGE AT MY OWN expense they will send them to me as soon as possible. Displeased I accept. 15/20 days have passed and nothing has arrived. I send an email and they don't reply. I call them and a switchboard answers who doesn't know who to call me and tells me I HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH IT. Their luck is that they got the money early. I wonder why?
